High pressure will again rebuild into next week with sunny and mild weather returning through the next 10 days.
After that, our next chance of rain probably won’t happen until the last week of January at the soonest.
As a note, at the beginning of the year, we were about 120% of normal rainfall for the Shores, but now, with the lack of rain, we have currently dropped to well below normal.
We still have a lot of winter left folks, so don’t give up just yet. It is still possible to have near normal rainfall for the year, but we need the storm door to open once again. That may well happen as we head into February. Stay tuned.
