60.2°F – Cooler and breezy weather has moved in to the Nor Cal for the rest of the week as high pressure departs the area. We will stay dry and cooler with storms staying to our North into the first half of the weekend.
By Sunday however, the trough to our north will begin to dig down the West Coast with colder air and a chance for light rain and Sierra snow into Monday. After that, a deeper and colder trough may begin to dig down the coast next week (midweek) with colder and wetter weather possible.
Foothill highs will cool into the upper 50’s and 60’s for the rest of the week, with lows in the upper 30’s and 40’s.
Forecast models show the possibility of cold troughs continuing until about mid April. This may be some of the coldest, unsettled weather these next 2 weeks that we’ve seen this entire winter if the forecast holds. Stay tuned!
